, have been successfully shipped to the client’s factory in Morocco, injecting robust momentum into overseas new energy projects. 

This Morocco project is a key move in the client’s global layout. Faced with challenges such as long logistics cycles for overseas construction sites, tight on-site commissioning windows, and high difficulty in cross-cultural collaboration, the Yinghe team has embedded "global genes" into the design phase - the equipment is compatible with international standards, supports modular disassembly and transportation, and features remote pre-commissioning, ensuring rapid commissioning and production once arriving at the site. 

The newly delivered large energy storage battery assembly line integrates mainstream processes with forward-looking, highly compatible design. It is compatible with M6U technology and various large-capacity cell specifications, enabling efficient and convenient changeover. With a fixture repeat positioning accuracy of 1/3 the diameter of a human hair, it effectively ensures stable operation of the production line with high yield/pass rates and low failure rates. Equipped with independently developed inverted laser side-welding technology, combined with CCD guidance and flexible clamping, it breaks through industry welding bottlenecks. The product is also equipped with a 360° full-cycle closed-loop dust removal system, building a solid clean production defense for production.
